Add/Remove volumes for FM

Describe a description of the new feature

Similar to Material Files add/remove external storage via SAF.
Currently we can do that from Settings > Backup/Restore > add but here the purpose is different so I think better to add them directly from AM > FM > Storage > add.

Note that we don't have remove & rename option, so all the storage options remains there. Option to remove/rename them just like MF would be nice.
