App Manager hangs while using Install

Describe the bug

When using the Install option, AppManager remains scrolling an indefinite "Installing..." notification, unable to kill the process successfully after instalation is complete. There is no message for completing the procedure either. This is after uptdating to the latest 4.0.0 Beta01 from the previous one.

To Reproduce

Go to apk file
Click install with App Manager
Go to Notifications
The Installing process notification hangs indefinitely. No message for completion

Expected behavior

App Manager's notification for installing process to dissappear, a new one stating the completion is to appear.
