Describe the add-ons or changes you've made 📃

Created a Webapp folder within the laptop price prediction model and created a file called web.py which collects the information about a laptop and then we load using the joblib library and use our model to predict the price of the laptop and display it to the user screen whenever user hits "Predict Price " button. I have also added a README.md file and created necessary documentation as per required this issue.

Hi @Gaurav-576 need to upload a demonstration video showing the working of the app. Also drag and drop that video from local system to the WebApp/README file so that others can view that video too without downloading it.
