It seems that ivs-webrtc-codebuild-role role was already deleted!!!

the following roles persist after the uninstall all:

  Role name Trusted entities Last activity
  ivs-ecs-execution-role AWS Service: ecs-tasks  
  ivs-lambda-role AWS Service: lambda -
  ivs-webrtc-codebuild-role AWS Service: codebuild

The policies related are also maintained.

ivs_codebuild_base
ivs_codebuild_ecr
ivs_codebuild_log
ivs_codebuild_vpc
ivs_dynamodb
ivs_codebuild_s3
