Slack Apps Week 1: more thoroughness needed

The homework for the first week of the Building Slack Apps camp is somewhat confusing. Clarifications need to be made regarding the ordering of the homework, the detail of explanations, and the clarification of what needs to be submitted in every issue and how it needs to be submitted.

Solution: a revision of the Week 1 content.

The solution to this problem is to follow the ordering that was followed in the livestream done by @lazyplatypus and @FifiTeklemedhin. As Daniel was learning the material for the first time, the process outlined in the livestream would make more sense as the way to introduce the topics covered in Week 1. Other than that, there should be clarifications of how to move on to the next issue.
