One of the HA tests constantly fail on Juju 3.1.6:

FAILED tests/integration/ha_tests/test_self_healing.py::test_kill_db_process[/usr/bin/patroni] - AssertionError: assert 'postgresql-k8s/0' != 'postgresql-k8s/0'

Let's think about the need of the automatic switchover in the test.
