Recently the authoring manifest was moved from here to here. Thankfully, @gilbertbw caught the change and provided an update here. (Thanks Gilbert!)
This is just a reminder to please keep in mind updating https://learn.microsoft.com/windows/package-manager/ docs if there are ever Readme files moved or renamed in this repo, as they may be linked in the documentation. (Or setting up a redirect works too).
