What type of update are you requesting?

A new version of an existing package

Please describe the changes you would like to see

I would like to see the current option replaced by user scope install of exe, which is available as-is, or in a ZIP. This would eliminate the present need for local admin privileges – which I don't have on my current machine, and nor will I on the next.

Currently 3.66.1 but updates reasonably regularly.

Note ‘Latest Version’ links default to 32-bit version.

Note although it has a GitHub, that's for non-Windows versions only.
