When something unpleasant happens, label it as GOOD!

It's a GOOD test ... and it will up to YOU to make the BEST of whatever lessons you can learn from that test.

A GOOD test will necessarily SUCK ... it will push you -- understand that now and decide to embrace the SUCK of a GOOD test ... so that you can find ways to LEARN as much as you can from this lesson.

You will end up paying the tuition over and over when you do not learn from these GOOD tests.

Pray to be given the ability, strength and wisdom to understand and to make the best of the manifestation of the will of your Creator.

This will not be one bit easy ... a GOOD test must NECESSARILY suck enough to push you to places you would not go otherwise, but it will worse if you shy away from developing the mental discipline of learning as much as you can from these GOOD tests.

Decide now to embrace the suck ... you will want to get out of the GOOD test ... but decide now that you will embrace it.

In order to get tougher, you must first stop believing that you are entitled to things being EASY.

Take small steps with small tests to develop the discipline of embracing GOOD tests.
