Improve main UI

The main UI (with the webcam and sliders) is very messy when there is so many options and its hard to fit it all on a smaller screen. We also don't need to see all the sliders after the initial calibration

A cleaner UI. Maybe be able to hide the sliders

Marking this issue as resolved because the main ui is less cluttered with the ability to hide the sliders.

We could still do with some UI work though
