正确转换：
壹仟零陆拾贰圆 -> 1062
伍仟叁佰万圆整 -> 53000000

转换错误：
玖仟陆佰陆拾伍圆壹角捌分 -> 期望结果：9665.18
壹佰捌拾壹元柒角 -> 期望结果：181.7
