以”零“开的的一连串数字，转换成阿拉伯数字以后”0“会被删掉，是不是保留比较好。比如说某些座机电话，区号是以零开头的数字

确实，可以考虑在有些模式下，加个参数是否需要自动去除行首的无意义零。（欢迎 PR
