There is nothing wrong with something like being warm or happy or well-off, but one must never forget why all other desires and pursuits of comfort get in the way the one and only comfort.

I am a monk ... NOT a very good monk, AT ALL.

I don't really care about perfection ... it's not some kind of competition, after all ... but I prefer the lifestyle of a mystic ... I need to perfect my overall act as monk to make the mystical life which I desire happen, ie there's only one comfort in life.

I can joke about sex without ... any much impact ... but having sex in a relationship ... completely fucks with the mysticism.

The guy who does this course / audiobook is a former monk ... this is probably the best INTRO to a very vast topic that I have come across ... but it's WAY MORE than an 18 hr topic.
