Fix an error if a user has been deleted

When a user is deleted, an error was shown when using this extension.

This also updates some JavaScript dependencies.

Minimum length for post

Administrators can choose a minimum length for a post to give money.

Revoke points when a post/discussion is deleted

When a post or a discussion is hidden, it removes money to the user, and when it's restored it gives the money back.

More customization features

You can change the full format of the money in the User Profile by using the tag {money}.
You can give decimal values to money.

Option to give money manually

It adds a button in the User Profile to edit his money. Permissions are customisable.
