User Relative Time Options (Front End)

This would not require backend adjustment.

Have a drop down where user can select, seconds, hours etc.. :

The model is saved in ms (whatever is default), whereas the user could see in context.

If I have multiple events I'm doing in seconds, and then have one long one thats going to take i.e. 45 mintues I don't want to have to work out how many seconds that are, even if it doesn't have to be 45 exact even eyeballing that will be avoidable mental load on user

This problem is amplified when doing sub activities because you may go from minutes to seconds in your mind, which the average user are still trying to weight up even though they know its relative to just that diagram instance.

These would also help make it much more useful as a project management tool using accurate time scalings reasonably easily.
