Fields not being indexed or not processed

Continuation of #391

• type (dc:type see ws example)
• samplingProtocol (see Regression: samplingProtocol field is not populated in Full Darwin Core downloads biocache-service#317 - marked as closed and fixed so maybe a regression bug)
• scientificNameAuthorship (https://support.ehelp.edu.au/a/tickets/82364 - not even listed in https://biocache-ws.ala.org.au/ws/index/fields)
• raw_locality is in SOLR but it is only stored and not indexed - needs to be indexed as well (CC @Tasilee)
• create a copyTo field called dataset_text that is a text type field holding values from dataset_name and data_resource (see Allow searching on dataset_name field (survey name) biocache-hubs#341)

You might also consider adding:

• recordedByID (http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/recordedByID)
• identifiedByID (http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/identifiedByID)
• degreeOfEstablishment (http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/degreeOfEstablishment)

recordedByID and identifiedByID are not Darwin Core terms, but GBIF has added them to the DwCA Occurrence Core. Collections will be delivering these terms (MEL already is) and will want them to be indexed and forwarded to GBIF.

degreeOfEstablishment has been split off from establishmentMeans. It contains the cultivated and captive terms, which are used for the occCultivatedEscapee DQ filter. GBIF has not added degreeOfEstablishment to the IPT Occurrence Core yet, but probably will have by the time this issue is worked on.
