Hub created, but configuration not working correctly.

  • Created biocollect hub entity http://biocollect.ala.org.au/mdba
  • Set hub config (within existing constraints) - needs project facet/filter/display options too
  • Set program model config

Not working though

There will be menu related issues with the new MDBA skin too.

this is done for biocollect-test but not for biocollect prod. For prod, ecodata has to be updated.
