az functionapp list-flexconsumption-locations shows unsupported regions

Describe the bug

When deploying a ASP with flex consumption plan you can only use certain regions due to the preview. To get the supported regions the docs suggest to run this command. az functionapp list-flexconsumption-locations --output table. This returns a list with supported regions, however when using regions like northeurope it still returns an error it's not supported as region.
