Gitops connector not working with manual azure devops approval #41

We are using Azure devops pipeline with flux and able to get response from call back url when PR approved manually.
But the same not working when we try to approve PR from pipeline.
Anyone can help here?

We have found root cause of the issue with merge commit message. If there any special characters in merge message then its not picking by gitops connector
