can't figure ou the files

I figured out how to install it, but the AI crashes too much. It can't handle custom added characters and crashes instnatly if the console reaches the bottom. I don't know if this a bug unique to me, but it kinda sucks not being able to give your fortress custom characters and watching the AI do stuff with them.
