The API documentation shall be automatically created with github actions.

Should this generate the Doxygen documentation only, to ensure everything is correctly documented? Or is this to be used together with GitHub Pages or Wiki or a PDF added to the release artifacts?

The idea was to provide it e.g. via github pages or wiki.
