Various kinds of errors need to be handled.

Form validation
Sanitize all inputs to server, including the filenames
Check for audio/video file type (only allow .mp4 and .mp3)
Restrict the file size from frontend to 10 MB (can be kept configurable) #21
Proper error responses to the client
404 page if a user requests a video which is not present on the server
