Would be good to have a staging branch via something like @bors-ng

I just wish there was a way to disable bors notifications. Emails with "bors r+" get pretty spammy. Should look into this too.

A possible alternative: https://lgtm.com/

Not sure if it works with Julia? Don't think it matters though, should work as long as CI pipelines work.
