I've invested years building ELS. There are plans (ideas) for versions 4 through 7.

Have just moved several unrelated projects out of Corionis to my personal Monkeyboy-Com account so Corionis may be dedicated to ELS and up-coming sub-projects.

I'm getting old (70 in 2023) and will eventually have to, or suddenly, stop. After over 48 years writing software I'm hoping ELS will be something people benefit from in whatever way they can.

It isn't perfect. Has evolved over time. But there's a lot of potential.

The underlying back-up tool and communications code have been used nightly for several years. The Navigator GUI in Version 4.0 is the new part. The other Milestones make sense to extend ELS through a logical progression of usefulness.

The ultimate goal is a personal, self-controlled, non-cloud, secure, virtual, expandable, logically unlimited storage system accessible from any device running any common operating system. Open Source so anyone can see the code, like Linux ❤️ Potentially with 3rd-party integrations and plug-ins.
