Mainly to deal with this bug: https://dwarffortressbugtracker.com/view.php?id=2762

There aren't any visible options to enable/disable FB bones in a stockpile. (There are for FB meat and leather, however.) We should add buttons to stockpile settings screens to enable/disable materials relating to GENERATED creatures. Even for item types where the options are visible, it may still be useful to be able to toggle them all at once.

We probably want some way to verify if these are toggled on or off for the ones that aren't visible. We also might want to do something about hair thread, if possible.
