To run:
Install rust https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install
cd into the chosen tool folder update the tool's config.toml file with desired settings
run tool
cargo runSweep a seed to find a specific account and return the index where the account was found.
Generate a vanity address which can start with, end with, and/or contain specific text.
