HI, why the data doesn't make sense according to J1939 #7

Hi :), I'm writing code to parse the data.
I tried your data, but it doesn't seem to make sense.
For example: (1357041628.28558776) ardcan1 18F0010B#FFFFFCFFFF5FFFFF
F001, which stands for PGN61441, Electronic Brake Controller
and the first two bits of the first byte should stand for ASR Engine Control Active, which cannot be 11.
I tried others like PGN 65215, speed, also doesn't make sense.
Can you help me with this? is it my way of parsing wrong, or is the data wrong?

It turns out the data is very wrong.
