Tracking issue

This issue is trying to summarize all the issue that are stopping the BOLT 12 compatibility
with other implementation. The problem is that, while the CLN team came up with the proposal, we also implemented a number of the iterations, and didn't update to the latest changes yet. These are the related issues:

• BOLT12: can't decode offer (invalid token) #7402
• BOLT12: decode thinks offer is rune #7404
• BOLT12: can't fetch invoice from offer (without description) #7405
• BOLT12: CLN 24.05 can't fetch invoice from offer generated by LDK (recipient node id hiding) #7401
• offers: still not getting invoice back from CLN  #7382
