Introduce dynamic spacing to keep introduction and link icons above the fold

When the introductory text is long, the link icons and sometimes even part of the text disappear below the fold. Currently, all vertical spacing is static. Find out if there's something that can be done to make this dynamic so that the text and icons are less likely to disappear below the fold.
