Why would you like the mod added?

Would like faster rails. Currently the only faster rail system is using Cyclic's gold minecart which is broken.

With very few additions, the mod is lightweight so I believe it wouldn't cause issues similar to alternatives like the Railcraft suggestion

I believe useful railroads is already in Enigmatica 6 and there is a 1.12 version available for E2E.
