We are developing a new system for builders to interact with HotShot to facilitate a marketplace for shared sequencing. This is necessary to enable simple auctions for rollups, where the Solver computes orderings, builders submit bids for various rollup transactions, and the Sequencer handles fetching the completed bundles.
