Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Easting Southing CRS are common in reservoir domain and do not exist as a possible axis order enumerated value in a CRS

Describe the solution you'd like
To have a quick way to check if a local CRS is wether an easting southing one or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Let the FESAPI user cehck by himself.

Additional context
Some precision issues are expected and should be managed.
