[FEATURE]: version checking for older iterations of plugin and add support of migrating the options automatically

What the essence of your feature request

In later issues, like #63 for example, there are many related/potentially-related issues about upgrading or downgrading project to it's different iterations (generations), which cause massive instability of it's work, so, if it is possible, create a system which parses and moves configs of the plugin to new/old versions and informs user about "instability check".

Cannot be implemented within the current implementation of the plugin without breaking its terms of operation or breaking support for mobile devices: instructions and discussion of topics about reverse synchronization are in the mentioned issue.
