Страница о истории

Нужно сделать страницу о истории PascalABC, оформить ее в соответствии с дизайном сайта.

Подзадачи:

Подобрать контент
Разработать схему страницы
Сделать необходимые блоки и контейнеры <div class="cont"></div>
Добавить эффект параллакс ? background-position: fixed;
