The issue found in BTMC's stream is likely an occurrence for all streamers using this overlay.

The error appears to be caused by 7TV colour customisation.

This is the sync website:
firefox_IZZr7qgc7t

And here is the OBS overlay:
firefox_5UFvO8KRjr

As shown, the OBS overlay seems to 'overlap' the 7TV colour customisation over the name, making the name invisible.
