Enhancement: Add The Missing Tween Types For The Events

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

I have wanted to use the back(In, Out, InOut) and circ(In, Out, InOut) tweens a decent number of times now, only to discover they aren't available! What a shame. Do the good tweens of this land proper justice and bring 'em back to glory.

I'm talking about any event which uses tweens. Those 2 types are just missing from the selectable roster for like no reason.
