(1.7.10) Will BetterFPS work with the latest version of FastCraft?

First and foremost, I'm sorry this is more of a question rather than an actual issue. I saw on the curse forge page for this mod that BetterFPS is fully compatible with FastCraft. I was just wondering if that still applies with the latest version of FastCraft (fastcraft-1.2.5 or perhaps fastcraft-1.2.3)? I have a private modpack I created on MultiMC with 50+ mods (may add more in future) or so, along with BetterFPS version 1.0.1 and would love to improve my performance as much as possible, so I was just wondering if it was compatible with the latest version of FastCraft (1.2.5)?
