[Api] Add factory builder for class methods #598

Simplify method creation like needed in #564.
Api should be something like this:

new ClassMethod("name")
  .withParameter(
     new Parameter("variable").withTypeHint("class", "souldAutoImport")
   )
   .withContent("$foo = 1;")
   .withReturn("content")
