CubeCellFtools is not avalible for raspberry pi ( armv1) can't compile ! #266

in platform package index: https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/CubeCell-Arduino/blob/master/package/package_CubeCell_index.template.json , it's apparent that RPI is not supported or ( armv1 / arm64) yet after manual installation & replacement of the tools yet it's still apparent that the compilation process is dependent on CubeCellFtools in https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/CubeCell-Arduino/blob/master/platform.txt , this can be solved by making a compatible version for pi , also the rest of the tools should be up dated
