Bring back mood monitoring flow

Was taken out on sprint 3 because of lack of time to complete moodboard and didnt seem to make sense to keep that flow if there was no where to display the data that is being collected.

Code exist already and can be brought back into the app flow as soon as we have time to add the moodboard.
