I would add the ability to provide warning messages to users on app start

Describe the solution you'd like
A dialog that the user needs to act upon

Describe alternatives you've considered
Logs, but they aren't great for ensuring people make the changes

Additional context
We don't have a clear deprecation functionality/warning.

Modify configError message to have an icon and adding the ability to provide warning dialogs (for config deprecation)
