api call documentation to get ballot transactions is misguiding

This api call documentation is wrong: https://cocorico.cc/documentation/index.html#api-Ballot-GetTransactions

The http request should be POST (and it should mention that the content type should be x-www-form-urlencoded). Also it misses the pagination parameters. It seems that there is at least 1 parameter which is "page" (defaults to 0).
