Install without vagrant/ansible guide ?

Hi and first thanks for this great project,

i'm already running many Linux VMs with npm and apache, would you have a "step-by-step" guide to install the app quite from scratch ?

Perhaps just having a "history" of the commands from your shell ;) ?

I know we have to install npm, ethereum, configure apache and hosts ...

If you could just provide the packages to install, folder to move and commands/build to type, it would be great and could really help to understand better how the app works.
