Help users make a good location search with autocomplete/suggestions #24

To help people format locations correctly, and speed things up for them, we should provide some suggestions as they search. Here's some examples of how this looks in the wild:

I like this first one a lot, but it could be done as an enhancement on something simpler to start with.

I've been looking at a similar feature.
I wanted to have a button on the landing page that says 'find my location'.
We can't expect people who don't speak English to know their location.
But we want that to be an option, since find my location is not useful for SSI staff.
That's the reason was saying we will use jQuery
