Couple things I want to see:

As noted in Code cleanup continued #26, name functions after the c counterparts
Functions should be laid out in the same files as alpm. This is the same for the most part but I believe there are cases were this is not followed.
Functions should be ordered in the order they as the corresponding c file. This makes it easier to see what functions we have and have not implemented.

Also for tracking, I should open a issue of checkboxes of every alpm function to see what we have and have not done.
