It's not yet decided if there will be an official site for this (e.g., guitardiagramsjs.dev or whatever), but if there will be, this ticket is for that work.

Acceptance Criteria

• A domain name is chosen and purchased
• A platform is chosen
• A hosting service is chosen
• The site is built

Notes

Consider adding a sandbox, like JSfiddle or like Eloquent Javascript.
