Use Firebase instead of Google Sheets for Attendance and Help Session Tracking

With our current google sheets set up, we have been noticing issues with the api. Our current setup requires users to manually enter google sheet info in order to connect. We have been using google sheets as a human readable database, but this poses some issues, particularly that we need to sacrifice some readability for simplicity, e.g. representing time durations in milliseconds, and data regarding sessions in json.

Hence, we propose using a proper database, such as Firebase in order to store the information while having a different way of letting users view the data. We would need to create a website that would access the data stored through custom API calls to YABOB (see #201)

Going forward with this will close #200 #190 #184 since they are related to google sheets and/or will be abstracted away from this project due to API (#201) being implemented
