Moes UFO-R11 looses turn IR on/off after 1.39.1-1 update

What happened?

After the update to 1.39.1-1 my Moes UFO-R11 lost the controls to turn on/off the IR in HA. Instead there are now controls to turn learn IR code on/off

What did you expect to happen?

Still being able to turn on/off the IR, since code learning was/is done on Zigbee2MQTT.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Run Z2M v1.39.0-1
Add UFO-R11
Check Controls in HA and you will see turn on/off IR and IR code to send
Update Z2M v1.39.1-1
Check controls in HA and you will not find turn on/off IR any longer
