lie_md not relaunching cerise docker container #16

If the running cerise docker container for a specialisation is stopped then lie_md will not relaunch it the next time it receive a request to start a MD run. Results in a 'unable to connect to service' error.

Preferred action for lie_md is to try and launch the service again.

This is caused by MD-Studio/cerise-client#13, and should be solved once that issue is solved. It should indeed start the container again automatically and continue processing.
