Where to find 'overrun' & 'recover from stunned knockdown animation' ?

Any help to find where the definition animation of the alien knocking down Amanda and her recovery and standing back up is?
IDK if it's a cage or cmd animation and where to look for it.

I've been increasing animation speeds to speed up pacing of the game. I find the recovery to be far too slow and especially in
multiple aliens being knocked down is a death sentence.
